Kim was quickly promoted to Outpatient Clinical Supervisor in which she managed a therapeutic team of outpatient therapists, in-home therapists, and interns;

Worked closely with clinical team of therapists, mentors, psychiatrists, nurses, SASS personnel (crisis stabilization preventing hospitalization), and case managers;

Provided resource and community linkage collaborating with community members involved with clients including school personnel, case managers, and probation officers.
